Francis Gelb created the Sabre brand in 1993 after starting in the family business.
The son of a goldsmith's family and immersed in cutlery from an early age, he wanted to combine the meticulous work of craftsmanship with his taste for colour, materials and shapes.
At Sabre, even the manufacturing process is a break with tradition.
Their cutlery is assembled on demand, by hand, in their Parisian workshop!
